MKTM has made every effort to display its products (including color, shape, size, and descriptions) as accurately as possible. Products displayed may be out of stock or discontinued, and prices are subject to change (in MKTM’s sole and absolute discretion). We price our products with a lot of thought and rarely change them. On occasions when we need to, we reserve the right to update our product prices and discontinue them based on our own discretion.

Proprietary Rights:

The content of the Site including, but not limited to graphics, text, images, photographs, illustrations, trademarks, logos, audio or video materials, and any other information whether obtained by MKTM through a third party licensor or otherwise (collectively, the “Content(s)”) is protected by Indian copyright and trademark laws.

For greater certainty, “1947IND.” is a trademark of MKTM and shall not be used without prior written consent.

Acknowledgment and Limitation of Liability:

You agree to use the Site on an “as is” and “as available” basis. MKTM shall not be responsible if some purchase is not registered or is lost due to any network problems such as a breakdown of machinery, unclear/ disruption in the network or non-receipt of payment from banks/payment gateways and/or the cost(s) charged by the network operator(s). Any dispute in connection to the same shall be settled between the end customer and the network operator without involving MKTM. MKTM shall not be liable for any loss or damage due to the Act of God, Governmental actions, or any other reason beyond its control, and shall not be liable to pay any monetary compensation or otherwise for the same.

Indemnity:

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold MKTM, its directors, employees, representatives, and partners harmless from and against any and all losses, damages, claims, actions, demands, liabilities, settlements, and costs and expenses (including without limitation reasonable legal fees and accounting fees) resulting from your use of the Site, the Contents, or your violation of these Terms of Use.
